Marcello and his team did an amazing job removing my old LVP flooring, installing my new Shaw LVP flooring and installing and caulking the new baseboards. It looks fantastic!!! I would highly recommend Bella Case Flooring for anyone looking for flooring experts.

A Truly Outstanding Flooring Experience!

We could not be happier with the work Bella Casa did throughout our home! Our entire main floor was transformed from a dark-stained hardwood floor into beautiful natural white oak with no stain and a gorgeous satin finish. The difference is incredible—the floors are lighter, warmer, and completely changed the look and feel of our home.

What really impressed us was the specialty teams and the craftsmanship at every stage, from the meticulous sanding all the way through the finishing process. Each team clearly takes pride in their work, and the attention to detail was exceptional. They also added matching wood in our bedroom and laundry areas, and the new flooring blends so seamlessly with the existing floors that you would never know it was added later.

The entire crew was extremely neat, respectful of our home, hardworking, and committed to doing the job right. They cleaned up beautifully and treated our home as if it were their own. Communication throughout the entire project was also excellent—we always knew what was happening and what to expect.

Aliso no more squeaky floors! They addressed those problem areas, and our floors are now solid, quiet, and absolutely beautiful.

The price was very fair for the quality of work and the level of service we received. And I have to give a special thank-you to Marcello, who was so kind, thorough, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was done correctly. He made the entire process so much easier.

Bella Casa exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Beautiful craftsmanship, incredible attention to detail, excellent communication, fair pricing, and a team that truly cares about their work. We absolutely love our new floors and would highly recommend Bella Casa to anyone looking for exceptional hardwood flooring work!

5 stars without hesitation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Marcello was very easy to work with, he was on time, efficient and no surprises on pricing. I had a small area of the floor that had water damage and he worked with me on a solution so that I was still able to get the LVP installed. Previous estimate with another company was double the price. I would definitely hire again.

Although I am happy with my floors once the tape was removed from the transition trims I had many spots that have adhesive and sealant that is visable on several planks. Over the last month I have left several messages about having these areas cleaned up but no one has contacted me.

I cannot say enough great things about Marcello! From the very beginning, he was kind, professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. I’m opening my own salon space, and as anyone who has gone through renovations knows, there are always unexpected things that come up. Marcello was patient through every change, communicated with me throughout the entire process, and truly worked with me to make sure everything was done right.

He went above and beyond, paid attention to the details, and you can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work. My floors turned out absolutely BEAUTIFUL and completely transformed my space. I couldn’t be happier with the finished result!

Beyond the quality of his work, Marcello is just a genuinely good person—honest, dependable, hardworking, and someone you feel comfortable trusting with your space. That means so much when you’re investing in something as important and personal as your business.

I would recommend Marcello over and over again without hesitation. I’m so grateful I chose him for my salon and will absolutely call him again for any future projects. 10/10! 🙌🏽

Great company to work with from start to finish. Couldn't be happier with the flooring we chose and they did the install quicker than quoted and under budget.
